I was reading a news involved long-service gold gifts, it made me look back at one of the memorable traditions from my previous workplace. I was fortunate to experience this after stay there for 10 years.

It didn’t make me rich,
but it made me feel valued — and that feeling lasts longer than the gold itself.

Working in the same place for a long time gives you both good times and difficult times. You grow, you learn, you endure, and you evolve.
